Former CEO of LUCA: TSX-V, a $250M+ market cap Mexican producer. Interim CEO of GGA: TSX-V, a heap leach gold miner in Mexico.
Since 1987, Ralph has held senior executive positions with public junior mining and exploration companies, primarily with Luca Mining Corp., a company he founded in 1986 and successfully guided through the exploration, initial development & construction and pre-production phases of the Tahuehueto mine, located in Durango, México.

Executive Chairman of Mawson Finland, with over 30 years' industry experience. Has held numerous management and investor relations roles with companies such as First Majestic Silver Corp., Sherwood Copper Corp. (Merged with Capstone in 2008), Farallon Mining Ltd. (Sold to Nyrstar in 2011), Novagold Resources Inc. and Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd.

Mr. Stephen Sulis currently works as Chief Financial Officer for a number of TSX-V and CSE listed companies, predominately in the resource sector, both in Canada and around the globe. His professional experience includes financial reporting for exploration and mining companies, implementation of accounting software, various equity financings and implementation of internal control policies. In addition to his accounting experience, Mr. Sulis previously worked in the financial sector with TD Canada Trust. Mr. Sulis holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration as well as an advanced diploma in international business studies.

Mr. Joyce has over 25 years of varied business experience in both public and private markets. His broad experience, covering global sourcing and execution, has involved leading core functional areas including accounting, finance, operations, marketing, and sales. He has held senior positions at Rocky Mountaineer, Creo, Westcoast Energy, and AXA Pacific Insurance.
SAMANTHA SHORTER

Ms. Shorter is a senior finance and accounting professional in the mineral exploration sector and has served as CFO of venture companies. She has extensive international experience with development projects as well as operating assets. Ms. Shorter was previously an audit manager at a major Canadian accounting firm specializing in the mining industry and has extensive experience providing financial reporting and corporate services to companies in the mining and mineral exploration industries.
